All of our products are digital goods (virtual instruments, samples, libraries, software, etc.). Once payment is completed, you receive access to the files and a license to use them.
Refunds or exchanges are not possible, since digital content cannot be revoked once delivered to the customer.

3. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for purchased digital products, except in the following cases:

• a technical error on our side (such as duplicate payment processing);

• inability to deliver the purchased product due to our fault.

In all other cases, refunds are not issued.

4. Customer Responsibility
